Bluetooth Stopped Working with iOS 6.1 Update

My Jabra Icon Bluetooth headset worked flawlessly with iOS 6.02 on my iPhone 5. I just updated to iOS 6.1 today and my phone didn't recognize my headset after the update. When I put the headset into pairing mode, my phone discovered it. However, when I select the headset on the phone's Bluetooth screen, my headset says that it connected, but the iPhone says "Pairing Unsuccessful". Anyone else have this problem. I've tried rebooting and re-pairing several times. Please help. Thanks!

My iPhone 5 unpaired all my Bluetooth devices after the update. I was able to re-pair them, but now when Bluetooth is enabled, it continually searches for devices, draining the battery very quickly. Although my Bluetooth devices didn't unpair on my iPad 2, Bluetooth started continually searching, and the battery is also draining on that device. I have not yet backed up to fully wipe and restore. Such a pain!

It's strange, since 6.1 the BT connection on both my I5 and I4s does pair but sound is garbled... before it worked perfectly... my good old nokia (>9 years!) and the neighbours Samsung still works (and had no updates)..

I read some people had pairing and BT connectivity troubles before 6.1 and this should be fixed after 6.1...

But is it really? Are there people out there which had BT problems before 6.1 ? And... are they fixed with 6.1 ?

Stupid me.. should have taken the option of anyone first stealing my phone and bypassing the security code instead of updating to 6.1. Suddenly fractionated OSses doesn't sound so bad!

Please Apple, fix this BT nonsense...
