iOS 6 map very useless

I like Waze, started using it before iOS 6. However, I tend to use it differently than I might use Maps. I like that it does a nice job estimating how long it will be until I get to work and puts that in relatively big type on the screen. That's useful to me, lets me know if I'm going to be running late or have time to stop for coffee. The interface seems a bit cutesy, though. The directions have always been good.
