How to spend a 32 cent credit?
To change the country I am in on iTunes I need to have a clean balance , but I only have 32 cents what can I do with it?
It almost sounds like a not-funny joke and can visualize some evil Apple employee laughing their arse off at your expense.
Can't you add to it and round out to enough for a ringtone or similar cheap item?
