Music I purchased on my IPad doesn't show in my ITunes library on my other devices.

How do I get music I bought from my IPad onto my IMac, Laptop, & IPod? I thought that ITunes updated automatically no matter what device you use...

Depending upon what country that you are in then you might be able to re-download on your computer's iTunes via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page, and, if it's an iPod Touch, the Purchased tab iTunes store app on it : re-downloading.

If you can't re-download it then connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and do File > Transfer Purchases (File > Devices > Transfer Purchases if you have iTunes 11 on your computer), and you can then sync the music to your iPod.

I woke up this morning and everything was synced from my IPad to my laptop... magically. I think ICloud decided to work overnight. 😕 But not on my IMac. So I followed your suggestion and went to download everything on the IMac and it gave me the option to have that automatically sync from my other devices. So I'm good now. Thanks for the help!
