iBook 'Master' contents page?

Hi,

Basically, I am trying to create an iBook (with iBooks Author), with one main contents page, linking to chapters, each of which, containing pages. As of yet, I have not been able to find any way of creating this main 'Master Contents Page'.

I have 15 chapters, and all I can seem to get is one contents page for each chapter, however I am trying to get one contents page which goes straight to the first page in the relevant chapter.

Is this possible?

Thanks for that video, However I cant seem to access the layouts for the TOC's. This is the type of page I want to add a bookmark to (a contents page):

The TOC has links built-in for the items listed (1.1, 1.2, etc.) You can't overwrite them with your own. What I was proposing was with page layouts.

I do appreciate your proposition, however I dont think I have explained myself very clearly. All I want to be able to do, is to create a bookmark on the TOC pages, so that I could make hyperlinks to those pages. I dont mind adding anything to those TOC pages if nessesary, and what is on them already that sends the user to different sections in the chapter does the job fine, I just need to be able to create a bookmark to these pages, to create a link for the user to get TO the TOC pages.

Sorry, but just looking at how bookmarks are created in IBA I really don't think this is possible. The TOC pages are not actual "pages", so they can't be bookmarked.

Okay, thanks anyway. As an alternative, is there a way of basically switching off Contents Pages?

Unfortunately (or not, depending on the point of view), the TOC is always present.
