Hey maria have u updated to ios7 and what are the conditions in which this problem occurs like is it in 2g, 3g or wifi....

Is ur nano sim factory cut or hand cut.. I might help u on dis issue so reply fast..

I have not updated to ios7 because I don't like it - visually and performance-wise. I already spoke with tech support and they just told me to give it a reset and if it recurs i should update to ios7 😟

Since u have got factory cut sim so that is not a problem now tell me does this issue happen when ur iphone is in 2g mode , 3g mode or wifi. I am sure this would be happening in 2g mode as in ios 6 its a software glitch that causes it. Updating to ios 7 is rather ur choice but if u wanna stay on ios 6 then i ll recommend to stop using camera in 2g mode as it will happen only in this case otherwise using any other mode u r fit to use it. In ios 7 they have solved this issues probably as if u ll see in settings in about section they have updated carier version which was causing the issue. Hope that u ll be helped by this info ..
