Can I put my catalog on to the newsstand?

I work for a company that would like to get our yearly (very popular) catalog onto apple's newsstand. I have a couple of questions about this.

1. Are catalogs aloud onto newsstand?

2.How much does it cost to put a catalog on there?

3.Can I take the catalog off after a certian amount of time? (length of sale)

4.What format does it belong in, in order for it to be posted.

5.If there is anything else I need to know about this question please let me know!
