Can I Manually Add Photos To My Photo Stream From My iPod Touch? How?

Since i Haven't been able to import my pictures from my ipod to my PC,maybe I can add all my pictures(In my iPod) to Photostream since they automatically upload to my computer.Is There a way?Because otherwise,NOTHING Works.And Photostream has made 2 albums on my Ipod Photo Library since i connected my ipod to my computer ,and photostream is off on my ipod .HELP?
