Where to get iOS dev for xcode 3, or xcode with iOS dev

Where to get iOS dev for xcode 3, or xcode with iOS dev

I needed to download xcode 3 due to my current OS X (10.5.8). However xcode 3.1.4 did not come with iOS developing environment. I only have the MAC OS X Developing environment. Do I need to download a newer version of xcode or can I just download iOS dev for xcode 3.1.4?

If I need a newer xcode, can someone let me know what version I need that will work with osx 10.5.8 if there is one?

If I can just download iOS dev, can someone lead me to it? I've been looking for a while and I can't seem to find just the iOS dev download.

I have a developer account so downloading from the the "Developer Downloads" is not a problem. Thank you in advanced!!!

You can't do iOS development with Mac OS X 10.5. 10.6 is the earliest version that lets you do iOS development. If you upgrade to 10.6, you can download Xcode 3.2.6 or 4.2 (if you signed up for the paid iOS dev program) that include the iOS SDK. If you upgrade to 10.7 or 10.8 you can download Xcode 4.6.
