How do I delete a template in Pages?

I'm working on OS 10.8.2 and have searched all the discussions for help on this but the information given does not seem relevant.

I managed to find the "application support" and then iWork, pages BUT there are no folders names "templates" for me to delete the ones that I no longer want.

I am obviously missing something somewhere.

Can someone please give me an idiots guide. It was so much easier on my old Mac

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Thank goodness for this! I'm running Pages 5.2 on a MacBook Air and was having a devil of a time even finding a Template folder. The right click (ctrl click) did finally let me delete and rename my templates.

In this case, the simplest and most obvious solution (right clicking) was the right one... but after so convoluted a process in the past, it's nice to see that Apple is moving back towards clearer answers!
