Starting iTunes Match - Help

For some reason I am stuck on "Step 2 - Matching your music with songs in the Itunes Store" of starting my Itunes match which I just subscribed too today.

I only have 621 songs. It goes through the process of matching them, and as it it gets to song number 621 it restarts and goes back to "Step 1". It has done this probably 20 times and I don't understand why. I even rebooted my macbook and restarted Itunes and tried it and it keeps repeating until Step 2. I have an Iphone 4s with the new software iOS 6.1 which I also just downloaded today and some of the songs have transferred over but not all. Please help !
