Syncing trouble

Yes, I have many times. A couple weeks ago I had the same problem and somehow I fixed it. I thought by going into setting then itunes and app stores i had discovered all the automatic downloads were turned off so after turning them on it begun working again. Today it has stopped once again and now I don't know. I had also deleted my entire itunes and reinstalled it. 😟 I do appreciate the help!
