How do I get rid of PDF Complete logo from all pdf files opened with preview?

Out of nowhere I seemed to acquire malware that places a logo for PDF Complete on all .pdf documents opened in Preview. Clicking on the logo send me to http://www.pdfcomplete.com/cms/hppl/tabid/108/Default.aspx?r=q8b3uige22

This is the logo below. It will show up in the corner of all pdf files and sometimes partially cover the document depending on the placement of the document's text. Apple support was unable to locate the source of this problem.

BDAqua. Thanks for the help 😉 Actually I just realized that the pdf files in question that were emailed to me by my orthapedic surgeon were actually watermarked by his office. Much to my delight and relief, it appears that I do not have a problem but my doctor does. I finally got to thinking about the email, and looked at the same files on my iphone and sure enough they are watermarked. Moral of the story? Don't use a Windows computer and if you do, don't download free software. Thanks again for your reply !
