iPad iOS 6.1 problem after update

2 days ago I updated my iPad retina LTE to iOS 6.1 via OTA, now when go to App Store then update the screen is empty despite I have 5 app needs to update even I can't know which apps needs to update

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 6.1

My wifi ikon is disable. My version 6.0.1 Ipad2. What should I do now? Plz I need advice
