How Do I Change The Country On iTunes On My iPod Touch?

I was looking for a song by a British band. A link redirected me to iTunes and then iTunes told me that it wasn't available in the US store, only in the UK store, and asked me if I wanted to change it. I tapped "Change" and now I don't know how to change it back to US. It also changed my App Store. Please help!
