Are you connected to the appleStore? What uppdate (wich app) are you trying to do?

Where are you trying to connect from? Your profile shows IOS 6.0.1. If you are using an IOS device, you'd have a better chance of getting a good response if you posted on that forum.

If you aren't using an IOS device, more information would be helpful.
