You need to post a screenshot so we can see your problem.

Click in the window you want to copy.

Press ALT+PrtScn

Open Paint (Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint

Paste into paint (Ctrl+V)

Save the image. File>>Save As

Click on the little camera icon above the forum edit window to upload the image.

mine looks like that and I can't even put my songs back into playlists. I don't even have half the songs that was on there before I updated. I don't like the play next or ups next junk they have added. I am to old to learn this mess. This is one of those cases, if it ain't broke don't fix it. I don't know how to get my play list and all my songs back on here. I know I have them saved on an external drive but I couldn't get them to come back on my itunes.

Can someone smarter than I tell me what and how to do iTunes

I have an iPod Touch 1 with ios 3.13 and it does show up in iTunes 11.

Try this,

Disconnect your iDevice

Reset your iDevice (no data or settings are lost)

Hold the sleep/wake button at the top right of the device and the home button at the bottom center of the face at the same time.

Hold both until you see the screen go black. In some cases, you may need to keep holding them even after the red power off slider appears. If it does, just keep holding it.

Wait until the white Apple logo appears and release both buttons.

Restart your computer (do not run iTunes after it reboots)

Plug in your iDevice to your computer using correct USB cable

You should here that Windows bong, bong sound.

Start iTunes if it has not already started automatically.

Does it show up now?
