Every single song I ever purchased with DRM on iTunes is NOT playable on my android phone. Someone please help?

That is to be expected. Files protected with Apple's DRM scheme can only be played on Apple devices/software. You need to upgrade the songs to iTunes Plus format when offered the relevant links in the store, or subscribe to iTunes Match which should upgrade all your DRM tracks, or burn everything to CD and re-rip.

All the tracks currently in the iTunes Store or sold in the last two years also have no DRM.

As varjak says new music purchases from iTunes are DRM free. Shop around and, if possible, buy in a format that is compatible with your device rather than coverting later.
