Ok, so I have an iPod and iPad. I have the messenger on my iPod that connects with FaceTime but I can't find it on my iPad. I may have deleted it when I was cleaning up my apps. Anyone know how I can get it back?
You can try a few things. First, check you trash can. Second, you can check you iTunes folder, under Mobile Applications and see if it still in there. If you find it in either, just dragging it back into the iTunes window will restore it. Otherwise, doing a restore of the iPad should put it back in there, as it is a default app.
If you reset the screen layout you will just put the home screen back the way it originally was. You won't lose anything.
So maybe there is a chance it will pop up again?

Well it didn't. It just moved my apps around a little. I guess I will either go to the apple store or wait until I can access my iTunes from a computer. Thanks everyone.
Do you backup your iPad to your computer or iCloud?
Also, how long ago did you delete these apps, and more specifically, HOW did you delete the apps?
I do back up to icloud but not sure when I deleted the app. I just went thru my apps one day and deleted whatever I wasn't using.
