black smudges appeared all over it so I deleted it and went and reloaded it. the problem is that I paid for no ads, and now they want me to pay again, though there was something worng with it. I am new to all this so any help would be appreciated.

Contact the app developer.
Or...
Go to the page where you purchased "No ads" before, and see if the app has a "Restore purchases button."
Or...
Buy it again and contact iTunes Support to try to get refunded...

I actually didn't get a receipt for this. I bought the game, and then a little pop up box came asking me if I wanted to pay the 99 cents for no ads, I clicked yes and the ads stopped, but I was never mailed a receipt. I've saved them all. I'm not sure how to contact the seller...there is no email on the app just a name....I am not that great with computers so I appreciate the help.
Interesting... I have gotten receipts for in app purchases. Maybe search your Inbox for the app name?
