I am getting a trojan horse error from AVG: usbaapl64.sys trojan horse PSW.Generic10.BPRR

AVG has blocked my Iphone from connecting to my computer saying that usbaapl64.sys is infected with a trojan horse: PSW.Generic10.BPRR

It won't connect to itunes or even charge at this point.

Can I download a new usbaapl64.sys file from a trusted source? Or how can I fix this?

Hi all, just wanted to share an update that mine's fixed. I uninstalled AVG, installed a trial version of another AV (Trend Micro), scanned my whole pc, no threats found, plugged in my iPhone and re-sync (had to restore).
