Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I have the Imac restore disk but how I install it now?

When I put the disk into the computer and start it up, I just get a white screen with an apple. Nothing else happens.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7)

Maybe you should describe what you're trying to accomplish? What is the problem with your mac? I'm not sure you need advice at this point until it can be better targeted.

The second problem was that it was staying connected to my WIFI so I had to connect that part again and my computer is now up and running. Thank you all so much again. Love you apple smarties!
