Voice mail to audio file

Is there a way I can take a voice mail that I've received and convert in into an

audio file that I can keep in iTunes?

Every once in a while I get a phone call that I would like to keep forever.

Is there a way to do this, it seems like a simple thing that I should be able to do.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1

I know that I have done that before using Skype and a call recorder to record the playback when I called my voice mail using Skype. I'm not aware of any app on an iPhone itself that will do this, as Apple tends not to give out access to that level of the OS to apps. Once you call using Skype (or other VOIP app, you just record the call into am MP3 file, and that loads nicely into iTunes.
