What can I do if I broke my laptop, didn't backup my files, and need to transfer my ipod to my new laptop?

I broke my laptop and didn't backup my Itunes. How can I extract them from my Ipod classic and put them on my new laptop?

iPod classic, Other OS, New laptop runs Windows 8
