Resetting iPhone 5

I purchased a iPhone 5 64GB that was jail broken and do not want a jail broken phone. I have selected erase all data on the phone and it seems to be hanging now for 30min. All I see is the spinning lined circle.

Did you go to Sttings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings and then do a software update to try and restore the iOS?

There isn't anything else we can suggest or do to help with an iPhone that has been jailbroken...that would be agains the Terms of Use for ASC.

You may need to visit an Apple store genius bar and see if they will help restore this iPhone,

Discussing jailbroken phones is forbidden by the terms of service. You can't get help here or from Apple. Return it and get your money back if you can. Buy a phone from a legitimate source instead of on the gray market.
