NEW ITUNES ACCOUNT
have had iphone stolen, would like to replace with new one & have new itunes a/c...is this possible wherby i dont have to repurchase apps/songs that i have already purchased ?

Unfortunately you cannot transfer apps purchased with the old ID to your new ID. All apps are tied to the Apple ID they are purchased with.
