I have an iphone 3gs, I did the update but now all the apps are not working, not even safari and the App Store

i manually reload everything..all the apps are on my phone again but not even one is working..
what else can i do?

You don't need to access the Store to Reset your network settings as I put in my previous post or to reset your router by unplugging it for 2 minutes. Did you try this.

Unplug the power cord that goes from the router to the wall plug for 2 minutes. Then plug it back in and wait for it to reset.
but i'm not using wifi connection for the iphone
Then the problem may be with your cell provider. Try using the WiFi connection instead.

Yes, that is possible, some configuration settings may have been changed.

First, I would try connecting to your WiFi and see if Safari works. If it does then contact your cell provider and tell them the issues you are having. You may need an upgraded SIM.
after the upgrade i was using wifi at work and the apps were not working..
anyway i will try again tomorrow ..
