Phone Went Blank!

I have a black iphone 4 and i was using tumblr and i slid down the notification bar to tweet something and recieved a text at the same time my phone shut off and wont turn on and when i connect it too itunes it wont work. what happend? how can i fix it? This Happened after i updated it to ios 6.01
