I have a black iphone 4 and i was using tumblr and i slid down the notification bar to tweet something and recieved a text at the same time my phone shut off and wont turn on and when i connect it too itunes it wont work. what happend? how can i fix it? This Happened after i updated it to ios 6.01

Connect iPhone to Wall Charger for 10 minutes, it may turn ON itself. If still OFF, keep on Wall Charger and Reset, hold both home and power buttons until the iPhone begins to start. This can take about 20 seconds of holding both buttons while on the charger.
