Siri Voice

I've reset the iPhone 5 and currently running iOS 6.1, but Siri voice is distorted, how do I fix it?

My Siri voice still sound distorted and robotic, too. I tried to restore from a Backup and as a new Phone without chances. Siri still sound distorted and robotic since days!! What can i do?
