TAX setup UK- Beneficial Owner?

Hi,

I hope someone can help me here.

I have developed an app for my company and its ready to be marketed. To roll out I needed to fill the contract forms on iTunes connect. I am stuck on the TAX setup.

Some facts:

- We are based in the UK

- We are a limited company (more than one employee)

Question:

- On the type of beneficial owner section, do we qualify as a "corporation"?

- I have been reading a lot on the internet as some people mention about getting an EIN / W-8BEN and so on?! I am confused as we are residents of the UK and is there some tutorials or steps to be taken to be prepared.

I would appreciate if someone who has go through this process give us an idea on how to proceed?

Many thanks.

Has all the above now been deprecated and made more simple /?

I read old posts dating 2008+ where Devs in the UK did have to complete the EIN etc...

Cheers

John

Apologies for bringing this up again. We are in the process of setting this up as well. There seems to be 2 different sections where you have to choose from the options. We have selected 'corporation' and kept the
