Podcast feed not updating

I have had a podcast posting once a week for the last month. All of a sudden this week's post hasn't updated either on my podcast app on my phone -- which in the past has updated immediately -- or on the iTunes site. Nothing appears to be different with this latest post (2.7.13) compared to the others. Not sure what is going on. Can any of you help?

It looks OK and can be subscribed to in iTunes manually (you can test it by doing this).

If you have further questions pleas steart a new thread rather than tacking onto an old one.

I was on a rant about Apple not updating podcasts according to my settings in Podcast Settings. Then I discovered that a right-click on the settings "gear" produces options, one of which updates podcasts immediately -- those that are available. And it works. Not all the podcasts are coming in at the same time or with the same volume of new editions, but it's better than nothing. Why is dealing with Apple these days always about it being "better than nothing" -- i.e., the competition. Apple should tune up its iTune operation lest it suffer the fate of the iPhone, where there's definitely no longer "nothing" out there, but several big somethings.
