icloud not pushing mail to iphone 5

About two days ago my iphone 5 running sys 6.1 quit getting mail on it's own. iCloud used to push mail to it and it would notify me. Now I have to launch the mail app to see if I have any mail. I have hard rebooted, I have deleted the account and put it back on and still no change. Icloud IS pushing to my computer.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1, Verizon

Someone said to delete all Rules in iCloud mail, so I did and push is working like normal!

Thanks for that. Went to icloud.com and deleted all rules, push started working again immediately.

On my iphone does not work. I did not have rules on my iCloud email, so I created one then delete it. The push email is still not working. I contacted Apple and I have not gotten any response. Could someone help me? Thank you.
