How can I sync reminders between mac and iPhone?

I cannot sync reminders between my MacBook Pro and my iphone4. I have icloud set up for both. Any help appreciated.

I know a tool named iPubsoft iPhone Backup Extractor for Mac, which can help you extract files from iPhone to Mac! It is a good tool which allows you to extract iPhone reminders on Mac!
