Hi Anatoly,

I downloaded your Gannt chart fromhttps://yadi.sk/d/EsoDdJ303Fi4m6 and opened it in Numbers for Mac. Excellent work!

A 2D Stacked Bar Chart with white fill for Start Date. So simple!

I deleted some rows (items) from Table 1 but the chart Y axis stayed at 35 items, with no bars for the missing items.

To make the chart more interactive, we can select whole Columns A, B and C in table 1

and insert a new 2D Stacked Bar (Table and Chart are both on the same Sheet for clarity):

Now we can add (or delete) items (I added Item 12 to Table 1)

User uploaded file

and the chart automatically updates.

Thank you for such a simple solution to this 4 1/2 year old question!

Regards,

Ian.

I was use to be a very good user with excell but now I am quite lost with advacne features.

I love numbers and I hopefully improve my knowledge.

I am also interested to build a sort of balance score cards and I would love to be able to build a speedometer and seems like is not possible with numbers.

Do you have any Idea?

Moreover what do you consider the best Project management program for Mac?

Thank you for your help
