My iPhone 4S battery life is terrible, Even with iOS 6.1.1

My battery life is worst it's ever been now, thank you apple!!!

Also my o2uk 4s on 6.1.1 is very hot after charging overnight, it has never been like this, device is 14 months old, new battery is 1 month old

Es sieht also bei mir jetzt schon einmal sehr gut aus.

Vorher hatte ich mich gar nicht getraut mobile Daten mit 3G zu verwenden so schnell ging die Akkuleistung drauf!

I have same problem. The battery is out in 4-5 hours on iOS 6.1.1. I charge iPhone 4S every night and normally there is 60-80 % left when I connect it the dock.

My iPhone 4S was FINE until 6.1.1. Now losing 10% battery per hour in STANDBY. I even disabled most of the services to no avail.

REALLY APPLE? Fingers crossed for 6.1.2 SOON!

Im too new here and just joining here yesterday. So be bear with me. haha, Since I installed the iOS 6.1.1, my battery life has been awesome journey through to 20% battery left. My last record with iOS 6.1.1 battery life was 16 hours on standby, 5 hours and 40 mins on usage. To be honest, since first iOS 6.0 Upgrade my battery life remain the same but now this even more better! So what you think?

IOS 6.1.1 has not fixed 3G and battery issues, this is becoming very fustrating when I cant recieve of check emails when out of the office, when are Apple going to fix this?

After searching these forums, I came across these steps to improve the battery life on my iPhone 4S after upgrading to 6.1:

I don't believe this is the true "fix" to this problem, but it did slow down the draining process.

1. Turned off all calendars.

2. Deleted all email accounts.

3. Rebooted phone (held power and home button simultaneously till apple logo showed.

4. Added back in email accounts.

5. Turned calendar back on.

6. Ran battery down to zero and charged to 100% without interruption.

My battery life is now terrible. I had no issues with battery life before 6.1.1 upgrade and now it's draining at an alarming and unusable rate. 30 minutes of use this morning and my battery was down from a 100% charge to 46% left (with Wifi and Bluetooth OFF) ! Apple must fix this bug. This is unusable! It is unreasonable that with no use at all my battery went from 100% charge to 70% left in 3 hours of standby. I cannot keep my phone on charge all day. Iphone 4S, 16G Running (sadly) iOS 6.1.1

Hello.I have the same problem.im disgussed with nowdays apple behavior.why to pay such big amount of money for something wich is not stable?i can buy android. I was user of apple devices becouse i could be sure that its stable,safe etc. But now? Every update is full of bugs..where are we now?im seriously mad and want to give my iphone away

Apple engineers are spending thei stock and getting ready to leave us all hanging

And just think... I have two iPhones, iMac, apple TV, iPad..

I need Steve Jobs back, he would have never let this go out...

after upgrading to 6.1.1 my 4s is a mess. My battery is unreasonably draining and my 3g is so slow it isn't worth using. I feel an Android coming my way. Im sick of Apple's issues. Apple products are at a premium price, therefore I expect premium service WHICH I am not receiving.
