I tried many times trying to connect my IPad3 with my other devices "Samsung S3, laptop Samsung, and even other IPad3" but it keeps searching without being able to discover them through all devices are discoverable including IPad3 of course!!!
Why is this? Is there any solution?

The iPad Bluetooth is meant for earplugs, speakers and keyboard.
iOS devices support the following bluetooth profiles (and only these profiles):
IPad3 bluetooth can not recognize other devices???
