Mac Book Pro Retina Display Dead Pixel Issue.

I have the following: Mac Book Pro 15-inch 2.3GHz with Retina display 16GB. bought this when they 1st came out. last week I have noticed that I have a dead pixel. as it does not change colour and shows white when looking on a black screen. i have cleaned my screen and it is still there.

I have a 3 year warranty with this iteam.

I am just wondering what my options are. will apple fix or replay my macbook pro or be like it is not coverd under warranty as it is 1 pixel. as I have heard people have this issue with windows PCs.

iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.3

If you can see it on the retina display then it is more than one pixel and is probably a cluster of pixels out. The only thing is take it in to an Apple Store. If it is enough pixels they will most likely offer to repair the display which would be them switching the display for a new one.
