app store comments in foreign language

I am an English speaker in Spain. I have my iPad language set to English. When I go to the app store, the description of the apps comes up in English but all the comments are in Spanish. The comments are very helpful when I want to purchase an app but I would prefer to see them in English.

Is there a way to make my iPad behave in English? I have tried turning off locations but that does not help.

Comments are written by users. If the user writes his comment in Spanish there is nothing you can do to change that. I expect if you have a Spanish iTunes account, those reviews and comments are going to be in Spanish (or Catalan or any of the regional dialects).
