video .mov with iPhone5 and Quicktime

Hello,

I made some videos using my new iPhone5.

I can correctly see my videos on the phone. When a pass those videos on my PC I have some troubles:

- Using Windows mediaplayer i corretly see the video but is is 90° rotated.

- Using Quicktime the video is not rotated but I see it with several stops/interruption. It is not possible to see it in thi way.

where is the problem? How can i see my vidos correctly?

I have a Pc i5 core with Windows7 OS
