Having issues with facebook displaying IOS photos on timeline/newsfeed

I am having the exact same problem. I've tried making sure facebook has access to my photos etc and as far as I can tell, everything is as it should be but my photos are still not being displayed on my news feed and instead just going into the iOS album (which I hadn't noticed until you'd pointed it out so thanks).

I am having the exact same problem! it just started 2 days ago...this was one of my favorite features of this phone because i did not have the luxury with my old blackberry...i have called tech support twice, deleted and redownloaded FB app, checked all of my settings, turned off my phone overnight, did a reset and even shut down my apps for 30 sec.....nothing. they still go to the IOS album

i posted this dilema on my FB home page and the responses i got were mixed....but i would say 85% of my friends that have iphones and responded are having no issues at all!! they are still able to take a picture and upload to FB time line no problem...so i doubt it is a FB issue or EVERYONE would be having problems! today, im going to make the 1/2 trip out to an Apple store....maybe they can look at it?

Yes, I doubt it is the facebook app itself as nobody else I know had the issue other than you. It's probably something really simple but I can't find the answer anywhere!

I've been having the same issue. And I have the latest version of the iOS.

Two things happen...

1) If I upload a photo straight from sharing, it appears in the iOS album but it doesn't appear in my timeline or in the news feed!

2) I've also tried to upload the picture using the app, selecting it and it doesn't show the iOS album so I pick a different one and the picture appears in the album, my profile and news feed.

I hope they fix this ASAP because it's kinda driving me nuts 😝

Same problem with me, from 2 days...
New uploded photo appears in ios album but not in timeline/newsfeed..Tired of trying,100times i tried since yesterday but same problem exist.

i have a guy from tech support give me a call back tomorrow after he does some research! he was actually able to see up close and personal what we are going thru....(he borrowed someones iphone and tried to take a picture and upload to facebook) all the other techs had no clue what i was even talking about! i even said "go on the apple discussion support board and you will see there is a good number of us going thru this! well at least it is beginning to sound like the software update did this! i was worried it was a hardware issue and i was goig to take my phone back!

i hope im not getting excited for nothing but i just took a picture with my camera and uploaded to fb and it didnt appear right away (it went into the IOS album) but within a minute, IT WAS THERE!!! ON MY TIMELINE!!!! I think they are fixing the problem!!! 🙂

i will for sure as this is so frustrating!!!! i will say im glad to see that im not alone 🙂

oh....there are a few of us....i saw a couple other people with the same issues....all within the last few days

Pretty sure its happened since the new software update although you'd expect everyone to have the issue then!

Mine all of the sudden started working. I have no idea, did not do anything different. Good luck to everyone still having problems!
