I need some help with this Ipod Touch, now

Ok, I have done everything. Redownloaded Itunes, tried different USB ports, rebooted the IPod, and tried different computers and NOTHING is working. I cannot get my old music/music from CD's on my brand new Ipod! What the heck is wrong? I plugged it into my mom's computer and I got these two error messages:

"IPod cannot be used because required software is not installed. Run Itunes installer to remove Itunes, then install Itunes again."

Then

"Itunes cannot connect Ipod because pairing record is missing"

I already have all the updates for Itunes so I don't understand. HELP!

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.1

Did you do this. It is different that just reinstalling iTunes

Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7

or

Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP

Do you have iTunes version 11 installed?

What happens when you run this:

iTunes for Windows: Device Sync Tests
