Can't use FaceTime since update the new iPad To 6.1

I have two new iPads and a MacBook Pro. I use FaceTime everyday to communicate with my wife. But since I updated one of my iPads to 6.1, FaceTime turns to not reliable. Every time FaceTime shows poor connection then turns black screen in 20s after they are connected. At beginning I thought it could be network

Issue, but I just found that my 5.1 version iPad doesn't have same issue through the same network and my MacBook as well.

What should I do? I try to restore the system, but it seem nothing happen.

Thanks for reply, trust me I read enough articles and try to fix the issue. Look I have serval apple devices at home, only this iPad which updates to latest version failed for FaceTime. Every FaceTime, I can see each other for 8-10 seconds then the screen turns black and it shows poor connection blah blah blah and I can only hear the voice of others. But other devices run facetime properly, no any problem. So I'm very sure there is something wrong with 6.1 update. I even tried to recovery system for several time.
