After working hours in iWeb I try to publish and iWeb asks me to sign into MobileMe. I click the prompt and it sends me to system settings where I try to sign in and it says my username or password is incorrect (which it is not if MobileMe, iCloud, and Apple ID are all the same.). Very frustrating but maybe its me. Any ideas?

Maybe this question is for another thread, but...iWeb only seems to want to publish to MobileMe. I have seen where people discuss publishing to a folder, but my version doesn't seem to offer this. The version is 3.0.4 and is supposed to be the most recent update. Any ideas there?
