How to downgrade from utility airport 6.2 to 6.1?
With the new uprgrade to the version 6.2, i can't play music on my airport express wi-fi.
Is it possible to downgrade to the 6..1 version?
OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Well, I doubt the utility is the problem, but you could go down to version 5.6:

Using unpkg is quite simple, as is deleting version 6 from the Terminal.
The downgrade of the airprot's firmware was my first move, but didn't solve the problem
OK, thanks, You did not mention in your original post that you had already done this, so we did not know.
Can you briefly list the troubleshooting steps that you have already tried......so we don't waste your time by asking you to do things that you have already done?
Do you plan to try a different version of AirPort Utility?
If you have an Apple store hear you, is it possible that you could take the Express to them to let them have a look? If the AirPort Express works there, at least you know that we are not looking at a hardware problem here.
Your re right, sorry for that.
I used the Pacifist app to go back to the Utility AirPort 5.6 , as Kappy suggest.
Now it works fine and I can play music on all the Airport Express and AppleTV wirless
Thank you to everybody for help and suggestions.
Appreciated.
Good news.....although I am puzzled.
Firmware 7.6.3 and AirPort Utility 6.2 are working just fine here on a couple of AirPort Express devices and an Apple TV.
