"Hand me down" iPad
....how do I clear all of previous owners stuff???

Connect to a pc with iTunes, do a full restore or Open settings, general, reset.
Select erase all content and settings.

Oh boy..... so connect to a pc w/ iTunes..... do I do this on my home computer or with the iPad??? ....sorry I am not techy my any means........
The restore requires a pc with iTunes.
The second is done on the iPad itself.
