My iPod Touch 2G does not display the mac address
Is it possible to find out the mac adress trough my serial number?
iPod touch, iOS 4.2
Settings>General>About>Wi-Fi Address

You can also use this app to find the Mac Address of all your iDevices if they are turnrd on.

I have this general information but in the wifi address entry is nothing
Can Apple find out the mac address when I give them my serial number?
No.
Is this also your problem:
iOS: Wi-Fi or Bluetooth settings grayed out or dim
If not successful, an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is usually in order.
