The apps I download in vshare doesn't open & appvv I also installed it but it doesn't, appear on my phone

I have iPhone 4S upgraded from ios 6.1 to 6.1.1.I have installed vshare but I am facing a problem which is that when I download an app it does but later it doesn't open instead of working some options appear i.e 1.Delete 2.reinstalled 3.cancel.Now I am bit confused b/c I deleted vshare & reinstalled many times but it didn't, work, I also tried to installed appvv,though it did but later no appvv app appear on my iPhone .Now give me a brief & informative reply.Also guide me anout beat free apps including music &videos b/c when i try to download music direct from mu iphone it doesn,t work.Thnx for your help.
