itouch

my battery died and i charged it a couple of days later.. bt it wont turn on. i tried using my laptop and mains to charge it.. its been charging for 3 days now and its stl on red. i cant turn it off or on.. it just comes up with the battery being red and the indication that its charging bt the battery has increased. also my laptop doesnt recognise it anymore.

If not successful

Try:

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
