Where is the tab key on iPad keyboard

For navigation use of the "tab" function on forms (from iPad) for example (not indentation for letters, etc.-which I'm sure is satisfied with 5x on the space bar), when the keyboard appears, swipe up on the little white line above the y-key. Tab functionality is available using the up/down arrows at the top-right of the extended keyboard. Shrink the keyboard again by swiping down in the same general spot from previous.

If you are wanting to tab between fields on a screen (e.g. when entering a logon id and password) then you might get a Next button above the keys on the keyboard.

There is a way to tab in Evernote. Excuse my notes but if you look under list options, second to last one is a tab over option.

Navigation keys are unnecessary as it is a touchscreen device, if you absolutly feel you need this, purchase a BT keyboard that has the keys,

Logiteck KBs have them. They don't help much. IMO

If you tap in front of the sentence or place you want to indent, then tap again, not double tap, options will appear and you can choose indent.

You would have to ask Apple

If you have the large, 12.9 inch iPad Pro, the iPad Pro's software keyboard HAS a dedicated tab key.
